Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of GeoPulse (the "Service"), operated by Kairos Lab. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

GeoPulse monitors how brands appear in AI-powered search engines and large language model outputs (e.g. ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overview, Claude). The Service is provided on a subscription basis as described on our pricing page.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract. You may use the Service on behalf of a company if you have authority to bind that company.

3. Account & security

  • You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential.
  • You must notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
  • One person or company per account, unless otherwise agreed.

4. Subscriptions, trials & billing

  • The Service is offered with a 14-day free trial. No card required to start the trial.
  • After the trial, a paid subscription is billed monthly or annually depending on the plan you choose.
  • Payments are processed by Stripe. Tax, where applicable, is added at checkout.
  • You may cancel at any time from the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — no pro-rated refunds.
  • Prices may change. Existing subscribers will be notified at least 30 days before a price change takes effect.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
  • Use the Service to monitor brands you do not own or are not contractually authorized to monitor.
  • Send abusive, unlawful, or infringing content through the Service.
  • Attempt to exceed your tier limits via automation or shared accounts.
  • Use the Service to harass third parties or to scrape personal data.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that materially breach these rules.

6. Customer data

You retain all rights to the brands, queries, prompts, and reports you configure ("Customer Data"). You grant us a limited license to process Customer Data solely to operate the Service. We do not sell Customer Data and do not train models on it.

7. Third-party providers

The Service depends on third-party LLM and search providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Perplexity, Google). Their availability, response quality, and rate limits are outside our control. If a provider becomes unavailable, we will route around it where feasible and document the gap.

8. Service availability

We target 99.5% monthly availability but provide the Service on an "as is" basis. Scheduled maintenance windows will be announced in advance. Custom SLAs are available on the Agency tier on request.

9. Intellectual property

The Service, including all software, branding and documentation, is the property of Kairos Lab. These Terms grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Service for your business purposes.

10. Confidentiality

Each party agrees to protect the other's non-public information with the same care it uses for its own confidential information, and at a minimum reasonable care.

11. Warranty disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kairos Lab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kairos Lab from any claim arising out of (a) your breach of these Terms, (b) your use of the Service in violation of law, or (c) Customer Data you submit.

14. Termination

You may terminate your subscription at any time from the billing portal. We may terminate or suspend access for material breach, non-payment, or if required by law. On termination, we will delete your data within 30 days unless we are required to retain it.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified by email and via an in-app banner at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

16. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the country of Kairos Lab's registered seat. Any dispute will be resolved by the competent courts of that jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rules.
